Important Update to Our Courtesy Shuttle Service

Dear Valued Customers,

Changes to our shuttle transport arrangements will take effect from Monday 15/06/2026.

To help us continue providing a reliable and efficient courtesy shuttle service, we will be introducing some updates to how our service operates.

Designated Shuttle Locations

• Strathmore Station
• Westfield Airport West
• LaManna

Morning Drop-Off Times

• 8:00 AM
• 9:00 AM

Afternoon Pick-Up Times

• 3:00 PM
• 4:00 PM

What Is Changing?

Our courtesy shuttle service will continue to operate; however, home and workplace pick-ups and drop-offs will no longer be available.

All passengers will be transported to and from one of the designated shuttle locations listed above.

Why Are We Making This Change?

These adjustments will help us improve scheduling, reduce delays, and ensure the shuttle remains available to as many customers as possible throughout the day.

We understand this may require some customers to make alternative travel arrangements and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to maintain this complimentary service.
