"Buying a car is stressful enough, but buying during stage four lockdowns is REALLY crazy! We originally were going to buy through a different dealership, but we felt really pressured and uneasy about the whole thing and ended up cancelling the sale. Lucky we ended up at Essendon Mazda! "I ordered a new car through Essendon Mazda in late June, with delivery due sometime in Sept. There were some anxious phone calls to the dealership in early August, when the whole of Melbourne was suddenly put into stage 4 Covid lockdown, and they were forced to close. These guys did a fantastic job, under what would have been incredibly difficult circumstances, I've no doubt, both professionally and personally. I'm fortunate that I live outside of metro Melb, and after some understandable delays, I was allowed to go to the dealership for a contactless delivery in early Oct. I've had the car nearly 3 weeks now, and I absolutely love it. I've been back for my 1000km service, and I'm very happy with my new acquisition. Huge thanks to Alysha (and Adam!), Laura, Andrew, and the service team for their wonderful efforts during this incredibly challenging time."

"These guys have been nothing short of fabulous to me. I had a problem a couple of years ago with leaves getting stuck in my aircon intake – which was fixed under warranty. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They always go that extra mile for the customer service – fitting in a service to your schedule, being open and clear about costs – warning you if a 'big' service is coming up a couple of services beforehand. I have never *ever* had this kind of service before. The last brand of car I had (European) the dealerships were rogues, a rip off at every turn. Not only do I have trust in Essendon Mazda, I actually LIKE dealing with them.
I've been serviced here 3-4 times, and I can't recommend them enough. Once a staff member even came and jump started my car on his way home when I had a flat battery (at no charge, and his own time) Who does that? Essendon Mazda. Two thumbs up! "
