Nothing Short of Fabulous
These guys have been nothing short of fabulous to me. I had a problem a couple of years ago with leaves getting stuck in my aircon intake – which was fixed under warranty. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They always go that extra mile for the customer service – fitting in a service to your schedule, being open and clear about costs – warning you if a 'big' service is coming up a couple of services beforehand. I have never *ever* had this kind of service before. The last brand of car I had (European) the dealerships were rogues, a rip off at every turn. Not only do I have trust in Essendon Mazda, I actually LIKE dealing with them.
I've been serviced here 3-4 times, and I can't recommend them enough. Once a staff member even came and jump started my car on his way home when I had a flat battery (at no charge, and his own time) Who does that? Essendon Mazda. Two thumbs up!

Quality Excellent, Appeal Excellent, Service Excellent
I picked up my new Mazda 2 on the weekend and was really happy with the overall service provided by the Essendon Mazda team. Mandy from Sales is just amazing, she helped me get through the decision making process and assisted me every step of the way. I asked tons of questions and she delightfully answered all my queries. Very personable and really understood what I needed. Now zipping and going zoom zoom around my little Goosey (car's name).

I have recently taken delivery of my new Mazda 3 Maxx Sport and I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service that I have received from the staff at Essendon Mazda.
