MAZDA3 SET TO TAKE OVER MELBOURNE

After having made its international debut late last year, the brand new next generation Mazda3 is set to have the covers lifted at the Melbourne International Motor Show at the end of this month.
The next generation Mazda3 sedan and hatch promise even higher levels of quality, practicality, performance and value than the first generation model that topped the sales charts in Australia for January.

It’s not just the next generation Mazda3 that will make its debut at the Melbourne Motor Show, with the new Mazda3 MPS also set to steal the show on Wednesday 4th March.

Coinciding with its worldwide debut in Geneva, the Mazda3 MPS will be revealed in Melbourne, showcasing how it is the new performance king.
The Mazda3 MPS has the potential to rewrite affordable hot-hatch benchmarks, with its feisty 2.3-litre turbo engine and finely-tuned chassis and sports suspension.

| GOING ON A ROAD TRIP? READ THIS FIRST |

There’s nothing like the warmer weather to inspire you to hit the open road.
|
But before you set off on your road trip, it’s important to ensure your car is in the right shape, so to avoid some of the most common problems we’ve compiled this checklist.
Tyre pressure: make sure there is enough air in the tyres. Check the owner's manual to see how much pressure your tyres should have.
Oil: check the oil level and add if needed.
Transmission fluid: check the transmission fluid levels and add if needed.
Other fluids: check the brake fluid, washer fluid, and power-steering fluid levels as well.
Seat belts: check seat belts to make sure they lock correctly and are not worn out.
Lights: make sure all lights on your car work, including indicators and high beams.
Wipers: make sure your wiper blades are in good condition. If they are old, consider replacing them before you leave.
Battery: check the battery terminal for corrosion.
Spare tyre: make sure your spare tyre is ready to be used if needed. Make sure you have a jack to use if you have a flat.
